Consultations

In home, phone and Skype consultations available.

For phone consultations: $100.00
You will be asked to complete an in-depth behavioral form, provide videos, draw diagrams, and take photos to help me understand the issue at hand. I may ask to review medical records.

After I review the paperwork we will set up a 90 minute session via phone where you will have my undivided attention. We will discuss the issue, I will make suggestions, you will be given time to apply what we have discussed and we will follow-up with an additional phone call to review. Email correspondence is urged and welcomed! That includes more videos and photos. This will help me follow your progress and address your concerns. An additional phone call will follow and follow-up emails.

For “In Home” consultations: $100.00 + mileage and tolls
You will be asked to complete an in-depth behavioral form, provide videos, draw diagrams, and take photos to help me understand the issue at hand. I may ask to review medical records.

After I review the paperwork we will set up an appointment for me to come to your home. I will observe how you work with your grey as well as assess the environment. We will discuss the issue, I will make suggestions, you will be given time to apply what we have discussed and we will follow-up with an additional phone call to review. Email correspondence is urged and welcomed! That includes more videos and photos. This will help me follow your progress and address your concerns. An additional phone call will follow and follow up emails.

For  Skype consultations: $100.00  
You will be asked to complete an in-depth behavioral form, provide videos, draw diagrams, and take photos to help me understand the issue at hand. I may ask to review medical records.

After I review the paperwork we will set up an appointment via Skype. I will observe how you work with your grey as well as assess the environment. We will discuss the issue, I will make suggestions, you will be given time to apply what we have discussed and we will follow-up with an additional phone or Skype calls to review. Email correspondence is urged and welcomed! That includes more videos and photos. This will help me follow your progress and address your concerns. An additional phone call will follow and follow up emails.
